Dialyze Direct, the a provider of home hemodialysis services in skilled nursing facilities, partnered with Infinite Care, a chain of rehabilitation centers across New York and Florida with over 50 facilities, to provide on-site hemodialysis services at Infinite Care.
Earlier this year Dialyze completed its acquisition of Compass Home Dialysis, a regional dialysis provider in Pennsylvania with on-site dialysis services in nine SNFs. In late 2021, the company acquired Renew Dialysis, a regional SNF dialysis provider in Ohio and Virginia. Read more.
