Ochsner Health Acquires Diamondhead Urgent Care for $3M

Ochsner Health acquired Diamondhead Urgent Care, giving the hospital system a bigger footprint in Hancock County, MS. Diamondhead Urgent Care will become one of two Ochsner locations that provide urgent care services, along with Ochsner Health Center – Port Bienville, WXXV reports. The company also acquired the former Hancock Medical Center in Bay St. Louis, now Ochsner Medical Center — Hancock.

The Diamondhead facility will provide urgent care services, including after hours and weekend access to healthcare. The acquisition represents a $3 million, investment in the Diamondhead community. Read more.
