Colliers will lease the facility to We Level Up, a Deerfield Beach, Florida-based SUD treatment provider with three drug and alcohol rehab locations in the Sunshine State.

Davis Medical Investors has acquired the 10-story, 107,228 square-foot building on 1.37 acres in the city’s Bayside District. 

The property is a three-tenant, 100% occupied medical office building located blocks away from HCA’s Kingwood Hospital campus.

The organization behind the continuing care retirement community (CCRC), The Prospect-Woodward Home, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in New Hampshire, where the community is located.

Standard led a public-private partnership on the deal, with a total capitalization of $35.9 million.

The brokerage closed on facilities in Tennessee and New York.

The 10,762-square-foot space features two operating rooms.
