Medical Properties Trust has entered into an agreement to lease substantially all of its Utah hospitals to HCA Healthcare following an agreement by HCA Healthcare to purchase the operations of five Utah facilities from Steward Health Care System.

Washington Regional Medical System in Northwest Arkansas acquired approximately 15 acres near the Washington Regional campus.

The recently constructed property is net-leased on a long-term basis as an outpatient facility and headquarters for Virginia Urology.

USCOFW 4035 Southpoint Boulevard purchased the property, which last sold in July 2020 for $8.7 million.

The Miami real estate investment firm paid $12 million.

The seller developed the property in 2015, and disposed of the asset as it is looking to consolidate its portfolio.

The two-story Water Leaf Medical Office Building, which offers just over 26,000 rentable square feet of space, was built in 2016 and is 100% leased.

Cone Health closed on a transaction to acquire the land in Green Valley Office Park, Greensboro, NC's general and medical office corridor, and dispose of the facility operated by Cone Health and previously known as Women's Hospital, which closed in March.

The Tualatin Surgery Center in Oregon was sold, according to Ethos Commercial Advisors, the agent who advised the seller.

Investments totaled $130 million with 469,000 square feet of medical office space in the third quarter.
