Florida-based Akumin provided an update on its proposed acquisition of Alliance HealthCare Services with the filing today of the target’s financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2020 and 2019, as well as condensed consolidated financial statements as of March 31 and unaudited pro forma combined financial information.
