The Wake Forest School of Medicine has received a $2.8 million gift from The Duke Endowment that will go toward supporting five projects at the school, Spot On North Carolina reports. The grant money will be distributed among the Department of Internal Medicine, the Division of Public Health Sciences, the Section of Gerontology and Geriatric Medicine, the Department of Pharmacy at Wilkes Medical Center, and Value-based Care and Population Health.
