Transitions Hospice has expanded into Michigan with a de novo in the Troy community, Hospice News reports. The new location will care for patients in Detroit, Lansing, Ann Arbor and a number of surrounding communities. The move furthers Transitions’ multi-state expansion plan, focused on Midwest markets.
