ModivCare, a diversified health care services company with a large personal care business, has signed an agreement to acquire VRI Intermediate Holdings, a provider of remote patient monitoring solutions. Denver-based ModivCare will acquire 100% of VRI for $315 million.
VRI generated $56 million of revenue and $21 million of adjusted EBITDA for the 12-month period ended June 30, according to the news release. Read more.
