The Water Valley Co. of Windsor has purchased the former UC Health Medical Fitness building, The Greeley Tribune reports.
The building, located within the Water Valley master-planned community, encompasses 65,000 square feet and previously served as a workout facility, physical therapy and rehabilitation center, and medical office building.
The purchase price was not immediately available. The Water Valley Co. closed on the property Aug. 2 and “will immediately begin a massive remodel and rebranding of the three-story building,” according to a press release. Read more.
