Meadowbrook Endoscopy Center closed a transaction with Surgery Partners, according to the Bloom Organization, which advised Meadowbrook on the deal.
Surgery Partners is one of the largest surgical services businesses in the country, with more than 180 locations in 30 states.
Founded in 2008, Meadowbrook Endoscopy Center is a state-of-the-art multispecialty facility located in Long Island, New York consisting of 4 procedure rooms. The 8,481 square foot center’s 20+ Gastroenterology and Colorectal physicians perform 10,000+ cases annually.
