PE Group Buys Clinic and ASC in Lousiana for $7.65M: Report

An unnamed private equity group purchased an ophthalmology clinic and ASC in Louisiana for $7.65 million, reports Becker’s ASC.

The 19,035-square-foot facility consists of 14 providers, Capital Real Estate Group director Richard Coe reporrtedly said. Capital Real Estate advised the sale.
