Kingswood Endocopy Center was sold to a private equity group for $5.7 million, according to HG Real Estate Partners, which advised on the deal. The property is a three-tenant, 100% occupied medical office building located blocks away from HCA’s Kingwood Hospital campus. The final deal structure was a product of adjusting multiple leases and resulted in a weighted average lease term (WALT) of 13+ years. Read more.
