The health care services group of Colliers — a Toronto-based real estate services and investment management firm — has reached a 10-year agreement to lease a 1.25 acre residential facility in Riverside County, California, Behavioral Health Business reports. It will be used as a substance use disorder treatment center.
Colliers will lease the facility to We Level Up, a Deerfield Beach, Florida-based SUD treatment provider with three drug and alcohol rehab locations in the Sunshine State. Read more.
