Life sciences company Wesana Health Holdingsclosed its acquisition of Psychedelitech, also known as PsyTech.
PsyTech’s pending acquisition of its two flagship mental health clinics located in Illinois was also completed shortly after the transaction. Wesana issued approximately 7.4 million subordinate voting shares as consideration for the deal. Read more.
