JLL Income Property Trust, an institutionally managed daily NAV REIT with more than $4.7 billion in portfolio assets, acquired an 87,000-square-foot medical office building in Richmond, Virginia. This recently constructed property is net-leased on a long-term basis as an outpatient facility and headquarters for Virginia Urology. The purchase price was approximately $52 million. Read more.
