Ensemble Health Partners, a Cincinnati-based provider of revenue cycle management software owned by Golden Gate Capital, filed for an IPO, per Axios. The offering could raise $500 million. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under ENSB and reports $34 million of net income on $401 million in revenue for the first half of 2021.
