Greenbrook TMS Acquires TMS East and Central in $8M Deal

Greenbrook TMS, a provider of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation therapy in the United States, acquired Achieve TMS East and Achieve TMS Central.

The initial aggregate purchase price was $8 million, net of Achieve TMS East/Central’s cash and debt. In addition, a portion of the total purchase price is subject to a capped earn-out of up to an additional $2.5 million based on the financial performance of Achieve TMS East during the twelve-month period following completion of the acquisition.
