Leveljump to Acquire U.S. Mid-West Telehealth Business

Leveljump Healthcare, a provider of B2B telehealth solutions, signed a term sheet to acquire a mid-west U.S. based telehealth business from certain private U.S. vendors.

The proposed purchase price is approximately $7.13 million. The company also agreed to invest $1 million into the business within 60 days following closing for expansion capital. Neither the target nor the seller were named in the news release. Read more.
