Elemy Raises $219M in Series B

Elemy, a San Francisco-based company focused on online and in-home pediatric behavioral care—including autism — has raised $219 million, per Fortune’s Term Sheet. The Series B funding round values the business at $1.2 billion. SoftBank Vision Fund 2 led the round and was joined by investors including Goodwater Capital and Premji Invest.
