Avanath Capital Management acquired River Run Senior, a 360-unit affordable senior housing community in Corona, California, per Senior Housing News.
Avanath now owns 11 senior housing properties totaling 2,187 units in southern California. River Run is the firm’s second acquisition in Riverside County, and its third acquisition in the region in the past nine months.
