Real estate investor and developer Contour has acquired Estancia Senior Living for $35 million, reports Senior Housing News.
The community debuted in the summer, and is located in northern San Diego County, in Fallbrook. The property includes 79 assisted living and 25 memory care units, and the sale includes 5 acres of adjacent land that is vacant.
Estancia is operated by Meridian Senior Living, which was involved in the planning and design of the community. Read more.
