Sabra Health Care REIT completed the $26.3 million acquisition of a 113-unit senior housing property, in a sale-leaseback transaction with Legacy Living, Senior Housing News reports.
The property is located in Jasper, Indiana and opened in 2019, encompassing 18 independent living cottages, 70 assisted living units and 25 memory care units. Read more.
