A Nashville, Tenn.medical office building housing Southern Endoscopy Center, a gastroenterology ASC, has sold for $8.65 million, The Nashville Post reports.
The sale price was almost three times the $3 million that the 85%-leased building sold for in 2018. The 3.5-acre property also houses a joint venture primary care center. Read more.
