For the past three months, Congress has been paralyzed by partisan bickering with few issues garnering bipartisan favor, nite the latest Keckley report. Despite voter majority support for drug price containment, constraints on Big Tech and attention to climate change among headliners, bipartisan actions vis a vis laws or regulations that address them are rare.
