23andMe, a consumer genetics and research company, completed its acquisition of Lemonaid Health, an on-demand platform for accessing medical care and pharmacy services online.
Lemonaid Health’s medical and pharmacy services, including its team of physicians and nurse practitioners serving patients in all 50 states, will become part of 23andMe’s consumer business.
As previously reported, terms called for 23andMe to buy the business for $400 million in a cash-and-stock deal. Read more.
