Charlotte-based developer The Keith Corp. has sold a three-building medical office portfolio totaling 72,500 square feet for $31.4 million, the Charlotte Business Journal reports.
Two of the buildings are in Charlotte and one is in Marion, N.C., home to Mission Hospital McDowell, part of the Asheville-based Mission Health System. Read more.
