Raydiant Oximetry, a women’s health company, raised $5 million in Series A2 funding, per Fortune’s Term Sheet. Avestria Ventures led the round and was joined by investors including KOFA Healthcare, V-Capital, Band of Angels, FemHealth Ventures, RHIA Ventures, and SteelSky Ventures.
