Ridgemont Equity Partners has created a new parent organization for its portfolio of autism companies as well as intellectual- and developmental-disability treatment businesses, reports Behavioral Health Business.
The Charlotte, NC-based middle-market private equity firm announced that its portfolio company Speech Pathology Group created Unison Therapy Services. The new parent company will leverage comprehensive support for five other Ridgemont portfolio companies: SPG Therapy & Education, Comprehensive Autism Center, Behavior Therapy Clinic, Family Support Center and Abrite.
