LetsGetChecked, a New York-based at-home medical testing startup, agreed to buy Veritas Genetics, a whole-genome sequencing company founded by George Church, per Axios. LetsGetChecked has raised around $265 million, while Veritas raised $48 million (plus got a PPP loan) from backers like Lilly Asia Ventures, PJC and Trustbridge Partners., a whole-genome sequencing company founded by Church.
