Berkadia and Solera Senior Living announced the acquisition of the Edgeworth Park at New Town assisted living and memory care community in Williamsburg, VA, Senior Housing News reports.
Berkadia announced the deal on behalf of Connecticut-based Wheelock Street Capital.
