CommonSpirit Health is in talks to transfer ownership of its home health operations in Minnesota and North Dakota to an undisclosed third party, according to recently released financial documents, Home Health Care News reports.
Currently, CommonSpirit Health operates more than 1,500 care sites and 140 hospitals across 21 states. The health system has about 150,000 employees total, including 25,000 physicians and advanced practice clinicians. Read more.
