Clinigence Holdings Merging with Nutex Health

Health management company Clinigence Holdings announced plans to merge with Nutex Health, an independent operator of micro-hospitals and hospital outpatient departments in the United States. Terms call for a stock-for-stock merger transaction.

Based in Houston and founded in 2011, Nutex owns and operates 19 facilities in eight states. Nutex currently plans two more Nutex micro-hospitals to become operational as early as December, while 12 additional facilities are under construction and are expected to become operational in 2022. Nutex has approximately 1500 employees nationwide and is partnered with approximately 200 physicians. Read more.
