P3 Health Partners, a population health management company, closed its business combination with blank-check company Foresight Acquisition. The transaction was approved at a meeting of Foresight’s stockholders Dec. 3.
P3 Health Partners will be led by the existing management team. Shares of Class A common stock and warrants are expected to begin trading today on the Nasdaq under PIII and PIIIW.
