Skylight Health Group, a multi-state primary care group. sold its Canna Care Docs and Relaxed Clarity business to New Frontier Data.
New Frontier purchased the business for $8.63 million. Skylight in a news release said it will use the proceeds to purchase additional primary care practices. Read more.
