FFL Partners and Two Sigma Impact Acquire Majority Ownership of Community Medical Services

FFL Partners, a private equity firm focused on growth investments in middle market companies, and Two Sigma Impact acquired a majority ownership of Community Medical Services, an Opioid Treatment Program provider. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, CMS operates more than 45 clinics in 9 states that provide high-efficacy opioid use disorder (“OUD”) treatment, while reducing the stigma associated with it. Read more.
