EyeCare Partners, a clinically integrated network of ophthalmology and optometry providers, completed its acquisition of Sabates Eye Centers, one of Kansas City’s largest multi-specialty eyecare practices, with five locations throughout Kansas and Missouri, Vision Monday reports. SEC adds 25 providers and 90 eyecare professionals to ECP’s network of more than 1,000 doctors and 7,000 clinical and support team members nationwide. Financial terms were not disclosed.
ECP, which currently oversees approximately 650 ECP-affiliated practice locations, is a portfolio company of the global private markets firm Partners Group. Read more.
