Centura Health has signed an asset purchase agreement to acquire ownership interest in Colorado Plains Medical Center in Fort Morgan, Colorado, and Western Plains Medical Complex in Dodge City, Kansas, from LifePoint Health, The Fort Morgan Times reports.
At the close of the transaction, both facilities will become part of Centura Health, which includes 15 hospitals in Colorado and two in Kansas. Read more.
