Dialyze Direct, a provider of home hemodialysis services in skilled nursing facilities, signed a letter of intent to acquire Compass Home Dialysis, a regional dialysis provider in Pennsylvania with on-site dialysis services in nine SNFs as well as an outpatient dialysis clinic. The proposed acquisition comes on the heels of Dialyze Direct’s recent acquisition of Renew Dialysis, a regional SNF dialysis provider in Ohio and Virginia, and increases on-site dialysis services in more than 130 SNFs across 13 states prior to the proposed transaction.
