Archbold Medical Center and LHC Group signed a definitive agreement to form a new joint venture and enhance home health services in the Thomasville, Ga. region. The joint venture will include two locations, expanding the LHC Group service area to five additional counties.
It is anticipated that the joint venture agreement will be finalized May 1 at which time LHC Group will purchase majority ownership and assume management responsibility. LHC Group expects incremental annualized revenue from this joint venture of approximately $5 million and that it will not materially affect its 2022 diluted earnings per share. Read more.
