SSM Health Oklahoma and affiliates of Community Health Systems reached an agreement for SSM Health to assume operations of medical facility AllianceHealth Seminole, The Shawnee News Star reports. A definitive agreement was recently finalized.
Under the terms of the agreement, when the transaction is complete, SSM Health will be responsible for operations at the medical facility, which will operate under the license of SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital-Shawnee. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter. Read more.
