Atlanta-based Resurgens Orthopaedics, armed with private equity investment, is calling its new orthopedic platform United Musculoskeletal Partners, Becker’s reports.
Alex Bateman will lead UMP as CEO. Clint Adams, who previously worked at Nashville, Tenn.-based Ardent Health Services, will be CFO. James Jackson, who worked at Addison, Texas-based United Surgical Partners International, will be chief development officer.
In December, Resurgens Orthopaedics landed private equity investment from New York City-based Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe. UMP plans to expand in the Southeast and Western U.S.
