Shopko Optical acquired InnoVision Eyecare, which had operated eyecare centers in Albert Lea and Austin, Minn., Vision Monday reports. Dr. Gareth S. Hataye closed InnoVision Eyecare on March 24, but will continue optometric care at Shopko Optical’s new Albert Lea location, and also at Shopko Optical’s existing Austin location. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Shopko Optical operates approximately 125 optical center locations across 12 states, primarily in the Midwest and Far West. The company has made four eyecare acquisitions since December. Read more.
