Advocate Acquires Remote Patient-Monitoring Companies

Advocate Aurora Enterprises, the investment arm of Advocate Aurora Health, has acquired MobileHelp and Clear Arch Health, two remote patient-monitoring companies, Modern Healthcare reports. The deal marks the fourth transaction Advocate Aurora Enterprises has completed since launching last year. A subsidiary of Downers Grove- and Milwaukee-based Advocate Aurora Health, the Enterprises division focuses on investing in and acquiring consumer health and wellness companies, particularly those with services for older populations.
