Patient Square Capital Completes SOC Telemed Acquisition

Patient Square Capital closed the merger with SOC Telemed to take the company private in an all-cash transaction. SOC Telemed’s stockholders approved the transaction Monday. They received $3 in cash per share of Class A common stock.
