Dialyze Direct, a provider of home hemodialysis services in skilled nursing facilities, completed its acquisition of Compass Home Dialysis, a dialysis provider in Pennsylvania with on-site dialysis services in nine SNFs, as well as an outpatient dialysis clinic.
The Compass acquisition is part of Dialyze Direct’s strategic growth plan for this year. At the end of last year, it acquired Renew Dialysis, a regional SNF dialysis provider in Ohio and Virginia.
