SIMKO Specialty Dental and its affiliated practices in orthodontics and pediatric dentistry announced that they have entered into a strategic partnership with PE firm Blue Sea Capital to form Specialty Smile Partners. Blue Sea has completed a substantial growth investment in Specialty Smile Partners, an MSO formed to support SIMKO’s growth in its markets. SIMKO Specialty Dental and its affiliated practices operate 35 clinics across Wisconsin, Minnesota and Colorado.
