Carbon Health acquired MedPost Urgent Care’s California clinics, spanning Orange County, Palm Desert, and Paso Robles. Carbon Health is focused on expanding its physical footprint through partnering with and acquiring local and regional practices.
The acquisition of these MedPost clinics also accelerates Carbon Health’s goal of becoming the nation’s largest healthcare provider. Carbon Health now operates more than 120 primary and urgent care clinics nationwide and is one of the largest healthcare providers in Southern California with 45 clinics.
