Summus Global to Collaborate with Boston Children’s Hospital on Pediatric Telehealth

Virtual specialist platform Summus Global announced a collaboration with Boston Children’s Hospital as part of their work in technology and virtual care for families around the world. Through this new collaboration, Summus will work with the innovation team and physician faculty at Boston Children’s to support ways to scale specialist expertise to reach more patients and families around the world.

Additionally, Summus will support Boston Children’s Online Second Opinion Program, giving more families the opportunity to access Boston Children’s expertise. Since its inception, the program has supported thousands of families across the globe with their care journeys, with 68 percent of consultations resulting in some change in recommended treatment.
