Skylight Health Group, a multi-state primary care management group, completed its deal to acquire Florida-based NeighborMD for $8 million and a debt facility of US $20 million.
Based in central and southern Florida, NMD operates 9 owned practices offering primary care services.
Skylight in a press release said it also plans to expand risk contracts to existing Medicare members in Florida and expansion of payors with the recently announced joint venture with Collaborative Health Systems. Read more.
