Atar Capital, a global private investment firm, announced a sixth acquisition through its portfolio company, Pathways Health and Community Support, with the closing of Psychological Assessment & Intervention Services. The agreement for the acquisition was originally signed in December.
This acquisition allows Pathways to expand its footprint into West Virginia where PAIS currently serves clients in 29 out of 55 counties that are supported by 7 regional offices. PAIS offers person-centered home and community-based services, including direct services and case management for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, along with psychological assessment and general outpatient therapy services for children and adults.
